Mojave Color, LLC ("Company" or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:
- The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, access, or use the Solis application (the “App”) or the Mojave Color website (the “Website”) (the App and the Website collectively the “Services”).
- Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
- This policy applies only to information we collect via the Services and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Services.
- This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
- We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through these Services.
- You provide to or is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may link to or be accessible from or through these Services.
- Any of our other websites and apps, and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not access, download, create an account, or use these Services. By accessing, downloading, creating an account, or using these Services, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 16
The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the App through any of its features, create an account on the App, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive features of the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Collect It
We collect information from and about users of our Services:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us.
- Automatically when you use the Services.
Information You Provide to Us
When you download, create an account, or use the Services, we may ask you provide information:
- By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information").
- That is about you but individually does not identify you.
- About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services, and usage details.
This information includes:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on the App or Website. This includes information provided at the time of creating an account, subscribing to our service, using our Contact Us page, and using any interactive elements involving submission of information. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the App or Website.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
- Details of transactions you carry out through the App or Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through the App or Website.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, including when you download, access, or use the App or Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, including:
- Usage Details. When you access and use the Services, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Services.
- Device Information. We may collect information about the device you are using to access the Services and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, wireless network information, and the device's telephone number.
- Stored Information and Files. The Services also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
- Location Information. The Services collect real-time information about the location of your device.
- Camera Information. The Services collect metadata from hardware devices such as cameras to provide the tool with essential parameters including camera model, lens, f/stop, shutter speed, and ISO. We collect these parameters to present the features offered by the Services to you.
If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or access the Website. You may be able to opt-out of some data collection, including location information collection. Please note, however, that opting out may disable some features such as location-based features.
The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:
- Cookies (browser cookies or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone or computer. It may be possible to refuse to accept browser cookies or mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services
- Web Beacons. Pages of the App or Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).
We use third-party analytics services to better understand how users interact with our website and services. Specifically, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our Website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser type, referring and exit pages, and other usage data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Website, and improve user experience. Google Analytics may also collect data about your use of other websites over time, in accordance with its own privacy policies. We also may use analytics tools including session replay technologies. These may record user interactions with the website, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, form inputs, and pages visited. This information helps us analyze user behavior, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience. These tools may collect device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system), user interaction data, and in some cases may temporarily capture inputs into forms before they are submitted. The data collected by these services is used solely for internal purposes and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate and improve the functionality of our site and services.
Third-Party Information Collection
When you use the Services or the content presented on the Services, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.
- Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device's location. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.
- Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by following the opt-out link embedded within the email.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into your profile the App or Website and visiting your account profile page.
Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.
Many states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information.
- Access and delete certain personal information.
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Data portability.
- Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data or process personal data of minors under 18, 17, or 16 years old.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to hello@mojavecolor.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering the state statute's opt-out requirements.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App or Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures included through the App or Website
