• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, access, or use the Solis application (the “App”) or the Mojave Color website (the “Website”) (the App and the Website collectively the “Services”).

• This policy applies only to information we collect via the Services and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Services.
• This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
• We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through these Services.
• You provide to or is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may link to or be accessible from or through these Services.
• Any of our other websites and apps, and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not access, download, create an account, or use these Services. By accessing, downloading, creating an account, or using these Services, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Children Under the Age of 16

The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the App through any of its features, create an account on the App, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive features of the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. As you navigate through and interact with our Services, including when you download, access, or use the App or Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, including:

• Usage Details. When you access and use the Services, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Services.

• Camera Information. The Services collect metadata from hardware devices such as cameras to provide the tool with essential parameters including camera model, lens, f/stop, shutter speed, and ISO. We collect these parameters to present the features offered by the Services to you.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or access the Website. You may be able to opt-out of some data collection, including location information collection. Please note, however, that opting out may disable some features such as location-based features.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:

• Cookies (browser cookies or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone or computer. It may be possible to refuse to accept browser cookies or mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

• Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device's location. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.

Many states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

• Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to hello@mojavecolor.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering the state statute's opt-out requirements.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App or Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures included through the App or Website
